Diet plan for Barbara

My sister Barbara was ill and she needed to go to doctor. Actually everything seemed ok except for her eating habits. She did not eat the right kind of food, too much, too often and too late at night. She didn"t feel well, she was always tired and had gray complexion. I guess I don"t have to mention the fact that she was too fat as well. She wanted to change it and look better and, what is more important, to feel better. So she made an appointment with her doctor and she did visit him. She was a little afraid before the visit but then it was alright. The doctor looked at her, examined her and asked about her eating habits. Whatever she said was all wrong. He decided to help her. He wanted her to come the following week again. The doctor promised to prepare a balanced diet plan especially for her. This balanced diet plan would consist of five meals every day at the same time of the day and cover fruit and vegetables as well as light meat and a lot of mineral water. He told her it would be difficult to get used to that new balanced diet habit but this was the only chance to change anything in her life. Now Barbara knows more about the consequence and I am sure she is very much motivated.
